Philosophy

Based on four spokes of a wagon wheel, the Netop philosophy encourages growth in four areas of life – mental, social, physical and spiritual. Through individual goal setting campers develop a balanced skill set to lead a well-rounded life. For example, campers experience growth in the following areas:

• Mental: develop responsibility, increase leadership, improve problem solving, build self confidence
• Social: build friendships, learn teamwork, develop empathy, improve communication
• Physical: improve fitness, learn sportsmanship, develop skills, experience adventure
• Spiritual: strengthen values, develop character, enhance beliefs, appreciate nature
