The first major milestone in Netop’s Lodge Restoration Campaign – the new main entrance and demolition of the old chimney – is nearly complete! The project was made possible thanks to the generous support of Netop’s alumni and current camper families. It’s part of a $125,000 investment in the 80 year old structure over the next two years. Other upcoming upgrades include changes to the electrical system, a new roof, expanded kitchen and office space which will take place during the off-season and in conjunction with our annual volunteer weekend (held June 18-20 this year). Contact us if you haven’t had a chance to contribute to the lodge campaign or would like to lend a hand during volunteer weekend.

Rain or shine (plenty of both), Netop campers stayed happy and healthy. It’s a fascinating process to see new and old campers from many different backgrounds transform into a spirited cohesive group and form friendships that will last a lifetime. From 14 states and 3 countries, our Netopers created an amazing community that we will miss until next year.
