Meet the Staff

Continuity of staff is key for any camp. Our leadership team boasts 50 years of Netop experience and 90 percent of our essential staff are returns from a previous summer at Netop. Counselors are carefully selected based on their character, commitment and ability to serve as positive role models and work hand-in-hand with directors during the summer to plan and carry out the program. Our leadership model provides just the right balance of experience, enthusiasm and counselor engagement to keep the program fresh and our staff coming back year after year.

Netop had a strong positive impact on Steve growing up and he enjoys providing that same life experience to new generations of campers. Steve attained a B.S. degree from Washington & Lee University and a Masters degree from Babson College.
