| For many camps, it is the traditions and special days that make it truly unique. At Netop these traditions run strong and deep. Beginning with the all-camp tribal competition, including the famed medicine stick showings, to the clever and spirited Klondike Day that uses camp property as a giant monopoly board, to traditional campfires at waters edge, Netop traditions create a lasting and memorable experience. Top it off with the coveted and prestigious Netop Sundae awarded for special achievements and Netop campers come away with stories to tell over and over again. | |||||||||||||

| Netops access to southern Maines lakes and rivers and New Hampshires White Mountains make it a perfect starting point for many great trips outside of camp. Campers may have the opportunity to take a canoe and/or mountain trip for one or two nights. All trips are geared to the age and skill level of the campers and are led by senior counselors with appropriate training and experience. Favorites include the Crooked River trip, Mt. Washington hike, and Saco River trip. | |||
