Supporting Netop

Alumni support is vital to Netop. We are grateful for the enthusiasm from Netop alumni in support of the camp’s mission. By building a strong Netop, we are enabling generations of future campers to grow and develop from the Netop experience. There are many ways to help, including:

Capital needs. Recent capital projects have included Lodge renovations, kitchen expansion, wood shop, waterfront improvements and more. Currently, Netop has a number of capital needs that we hope to complete in the next few years:

  • New “Mini Head” – completion expected 2016
  • New multi-purpose pavilion & conditioning center – targeting summer 2016
  • New health center (at site of the original infirmary)
  • Staff “shack” & maintenance building
  • Boat dock
  • Kitchen equipment (priority: electric steamer)
  • Basketball court renovations

To support these or any other capital projects, please Contact Us to let us know your interest and how you would like to help.

Scholarship fund. This annual program enables over 20 boys per summer to attend Netop with financial assistance. Tax-deductible donations to the scholarship fund can be made through our partner, the American Camp Association, a 501 (c)(3) organization. Click Donate Now  to make a contribution by credit card. Or, send a check payable to: American Camp Association and mail to: Netop Summer Camp, 1617 Hopegate Drive, Maple Glen, PA 19002. Put “Netop scholarship” in the memo line on the check.

Refer new campers. Netop alumni are an important source of new camper prospects. Please spread the word about the value of the Netop experience to new families and contacts who may be interested for their boys, ages 8-15. To submit the name of a prospective family directly to the camp, click New Family Prospect Form. We will follow up to provide the family additional information.
